I have known Rob Schoenbach for some twelve years now. We have since worked together in a number of projects both large and small at Banco Santander, New York building and from the beginning of our working relationship I have found Rob to be an extremely professional individual who always has the cleint's interests and needs, both technical and financial, foremost for any project he manages. Over the years Rob Schoenbach has undertaken for the Bank a number of projects from full floor interior remodeling jobs to relocating partitions and doors, relamping, carpet laying, high end cabinetry work and replicating of high-end original building interior details. One particularly critical project was Rob's successfful organization, coordination with outside vendors and management for the complex installation of an auxiliary power generator in the 20th floor of our building, and its ancillary equipment.
